Since we avoid using traditional wheat flour and refined granulated sugar, opting instead for ingredients like rolled oats and alternative sweeteners, the cookies retain their moist, almost doughy texture. For anyone looking for that classic, hard cookie crunch, this can certainly come as a surprise at first! 🍪
