Hey, thanks so much for your review! It’s a real shame, of course, that our mini cookies weren’t to your liking. Since we completely avoid wheat flour and granulated sugar in our recipe and use coconut blossom sugar as an alternative sweetener along with rolled oats, the texture is naturally wonderfully soft and moist.
