Hey, thanks for sharing your feedback! We’re sorry to hear that the freeze-dried strawberries in white chocolate arrived crumbled and that it seemed like there wasn’t much in the package. Freeze-dried fruits are extremely light and porous due to the water extraction process. A 1-kg bulk package normally has a very large volume, but if the fruit unfortunately crumbles due to vibrations and jolts during transport, it loses its airy texture and the product collapses, making it appear much less full at the bottom than it actually is. We’ll definitely pass this feedback along to our logistics department to optimize the protection of our packaging during shipping. A great and tasty tip to avoid wasting the leftover crumbs and the delicious chocolate-strawberry powder is to use them as a super crunchy topping on your yogurt, hot oatmeal, ice cream, or as a festive decoration for homemade baked goods!
