Nein, leider nicht … Aber keine Sorge, wir wären ja nicht KoRo, wenn wir keine snacktastische Alternative für Dich parat hätten: Unsere gefriergetrockneten Himbeeren in dunkler Schokolade sind zu 100 % vegan!
Du weißt bestimmt schon, dass wir bei KoRo große Gefriertrocknung-Fans sind! Wieso? Gefriertrocknen ist ein besonders schonendes Konservierungsverfahren. Die Lebensmittel werden direkt nach der Ernte tiefgekühlt und anschließend in einen Vakuumbehälter gefüllt. In diesem wird ein starker Unterdruck erzeugt, bis das Wasser innerhalb mehrerer Stunden als Wasserdampf aus dem Lebensmittel entweicht. Das Ergebnis: eine konzentrierte Form des Originals, in der die Inhaltsstoffe nahezu unverändert bleiben. Und Farbe, Aroma und Geschmack? Die sind intensiv, unverfälscht und genau so, wie sie sein sollen!
Am besten lagerst Du die Himbeeren an einem kühlen, trockenen und vor Licht geschützten Ort. Ab dem Produktionsdatum halten sie so mindestens 12 Monate – wenn Du sie bis dahin nicht längst leer genascht hast.
Die vier magischen Worte: Himbeeren, das ganze Jahr! Du musst nicht mehr auf den Sommer warten, um in den Genuss Deiner liebsten Beeren zu kommen.
