You’re looking for a new version of your iced matcha – but not the same old combo? Then we’ve got something for you. Instead of classic iced matcha, today we’re going tropical: aromatic ceremonial matcha meets fruity banana and refreshing coconut water. Sounds like a little vacation in a glass? We think so too. And the best part: your drink is ready in just 5 minutes. A few ice cubes in a glass, pour the creamy-fruity matcha mix on top, and finish with crunchy freeze-dried banana slices – your summery matcha moment is served. Give it a try! 

  • Step 1/5

    Grind the freeze-dried banana slices in a blender into a fine powder (or use ready-made banana powder).

  • Step 2/5

    Whisk the matcha with the banana powder and optional sweetener in 60–90 ml of hot water (about 70 °C) until frothy.

  • Step 3/5

    Add ice cubes and coconut water to a glass.

  • Step 4/5

    Pour the banana matcha shot over the top.

  • Step 5/5

    Garnish with freeze-dried banana slices and enjoy.
